- 1. If a user requests suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that it was handled beyond its purpose of use or acquired unlawfully, the Company will promptly investigate.
- 2. If deemed necessary based on the results, the Company will promptly suspend or delete the relevant data.
- 3. The Company will notify the user if such action is taken or denied.
- 4. If Suspension, etc. entails excessive cost or difficulty, alternative measures will be implemented to protect user rights.

- 1. The contents of this Policy may be revised without prior notice to users, except as otherwise required by law.
