   1. 1. Upon request from the individual, the Company will promptly disclose personal information. However, disclosure may be withheld in whole or in part if:
      1. (1) It may harm the life, body, property, or rights of the individual or a third party
      2. (2) It may significantly hinder proper business operations of the Company
      3. (3) It would violate other laws or regulations
      A handling fee of ¥1,000 per request will be charged for disclosure.
   2. 2. Non-personal data (e.g., browsing history, attribute data) will not be disclosed as a rule.

7. Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

   1. 1. Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their personal information if it is inaccurate, following procedures set by the Company.
   2. 2. The Company will promptly respond to such requests when deemed necessary.
   3. 3. If correction is made or denied, the Company will promptly notify the user of the decision.

8. Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

   1. 1. If a user requests suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that it was handled beyond its purpose of use or acquired unlawfully, the Company will promptly investigate.
   2. 2. If deemed necessary based on the results, the Company will promptly suspend or delete the relevant data.
   3. 3. The Company will notify the user if such action is taken or denied.
   4. 4. If Suspension, etc. entails excessive cost or difficulty, alternative measures will be implemented to protect user rights.

9. Article 9 (Amendments to the Privacy Policy)

   1. 1. The contents of this Policy may be revised without prior notice to users, except as otherwise required by law.
   2. 2. Unless otherwise specified, the revised Policy shall become effective upon publication on this website.
