強い地震の場合、運転中のエレベーターは自動的に最寄りのフロアに停止し、ドアが開きます。エレベーターから降りて安全な場所に避難して下さい。

火災を見つけた時は・・・ / When you find fire・・・

①フロントよりただちに非常放送で火災の発生をお知らせ致します。
②お部屋を出るときは先ず、ドアを少し開けて火や煙などが廊下に充満していないかを確認して下さい。
③お近くの非常口の進みドアを開け外に出て下さい。
④ホテルスタッフの指示誘導に従って下さい。
⑤避難の際、エレベーターは絶対に使用しないで下さい。 ③We will anounce fire occurrence to you by emergency broadcast, Immediately.
④When you leave the room, at first, you should open the door a little bit and confirm fire or smoke filled in the corridor or not.

①タオルなどで鼻と口を覆って下さい。
②姿勢を低くし壁際に添って非常口にお進み下さい。
③非常口付近が火や煙などで避難出来ない場合は直ぐに部屋に戻り救助活動活動をお待ち下さい。
④屋上に避難した場合は風上に立ち救助活動をお待ち下さい。 ①Please, cover your mouth and nose with towel.

宿泊約款 / Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts

適用範囲

（第1条）１.当ホテルが宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。
２.当ホテルが、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。

2. In the case the Hotel has entered into a special and regulations andgenerally accept practices, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph, contact insofar as such special contact does not violate laws the special contact shall take precedence.

宿泊契約の申し込み / Application for Accommodation Contract, etc

（第2条）１.当ホテルに宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は次の事項を当ホテルに申し出ていただきます。
（１）宿泊者名及び連絡先
（２）宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
（３）宿泊料金（原則として別表第１の基本宿泊料による）
（４）その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
２.宿泊客が、宿泊中に前項第2号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当ホテルは、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申し込みがあったものとして処理します。

(Article 2) 1. A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars.
(1) Name of the Guest(s) and number of guests
(2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation Charges(based, in principle,on the Basic Accommodat Charges listed in the attached Table No.1)
(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
2. In the case the Guest requests, during his stay, extention of the accommodation beyond the date in subparagraph (2) of the preceding paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.

宿泊契約の成立等 / Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.

（第3条）１.宿泊契約は、当ホテルの前条の申し込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当ホテルが承諾しなかったことを証明したときはこの限りではありません。
２.前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊期間（3ヶ月を超えるときは3日間）の基本宿泊料を限度として当ホテルが定める申込金を、当ホテルが指定する日までにお支払いいただきます。
３.申込金は、まず、宿泊客が最終的に支払うべき宿泊料金に充当し、第6条及び第17条に規定を適用する料金の支払いの際に返還します。
４.第2項の申込金を同項の規定により当ホテルが指定した日までにお支払い頂けない場合は、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。ただし、申込金の支払期日を指定するに当り、当ホテルがその旨を宿泊客に告知した場合に限ります。

(Article 3) 1. A Contract for Accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the applications as stipulated in the preceding article. However, the same shall not apply when it has been proved what the Hotel has not accepted the application.
2. When a Contract for Accommodation has be concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Guest is requested to pay an accommodation deposit fixed by the Hotel within the limits of Basic Accommodation Charges covering the Guests, entire period of stay (3days worth when the period of stay exceeds 3 month).
3. About deposit, at first, the deposit shall be used for the Total Accommodation charges to be paid by Guest, at second, the Hotel pay back deposit to the Guest when the Guest pay accommodation charges under Article 6 and Article 18.
4. When the Guest has failed to pay the deposit by the date as stipulated in paragraph 2, the Hotel shall treat the Accommodation Contract as invailed. However, the same shall apply only in the case the Guest is informed by the Hotel when the period of payment of the deposit is specified.

申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約 / Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit

（第4条）１.前条第2項の規定にかかわらず、当ホテルは、契約の成立後同項の申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約に応じることがあります。
２.宿泊契約の申し込みを承諾するに当り、当ホテルが前条2項の申込金の支払いを求めなかった場合及び当該申込金の支払期日を指定しなかった場合は、前項特約に応じたものとして取り扱います。

(Article 4) 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same Paragraph.
2. In the case when the Hotel has not requested the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date of the payment of the deposit at the time the for an Accommodation Contract has been accepted a special contract prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.

第5条（宿泊契約締結の拒否） / Refusal of Accommodation

（第5条）当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
(Article 5) The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases.

（１）宿泊の申込みが、この約款によらないとき。
(1)When the application for accommodation dose not conform with the provisions of these Terns and Conditions.

（２）満室により客室の余裕がないとき。
(2)When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available.

（３）宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定，公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
(3)When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the laws or good marals in regard to his accommodation.

（４）宿泊しようとする者が、他の宿泊客に著しく迷惑を及ぼす恐れがあるとき、及び宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
(4)When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable for misconduct and/or has condusted himself in a manner that will disturb the peace and comfort of other of the Hotel.

（５）宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係団体または関係者、その他反社会的勢力であるとき。
(5)When the Guest seeking accommodation is a syndicate or belongs to an syndicate organization or is related to then or an antisocial group.

（６）宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団または暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき。
(6)When the Guest seeking accommodation belong to a syndicate or a corporation or a group that syndicate activities.

（７）宿泊しようとする者が法人で、その役員のうちに暴力団員に該当するものがあるとき。
(7)When the Guest seeking accommodation belomgs to a coration that has syndicate as their exective.

（８）宿泊しようとする者が宿泊施設もしくは宿泊施設職員に対し、暴力的要求行為を行い、あるいは合理的範囲を超える負担を要求したとき。
(8)When the Guest seeking accommodation contracts a conducts a violent action or threatens or requests to assume an unreasonable burden to the Hotel employees.

（９）宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病患者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(9)When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.

（10）天災、施設の故障、その他のやむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(10)When the Hotel is unable to provide accomodation due to natural calamities, disfuncstion of the facilities and/or other unavoidablecases.

（11）宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊申込み後連絡の取れる状況でないとき。
(11)When the Guest seeking accommodation can not take communication.

（12）宿泊しようとする者が無断で第三者等を宿泊させたり、第三者等が宿泊に使用するとき。
(12)When the Guest seeking accommodation another person stay without permission.

（13）宿泊しようとする者が、危険物及び重量物を持ち込むとき。
(13)When the Guest seeking accommodation bring dangerous materials or heavy goods to the room.

（14）暴力団もしくは政治結社、宗教団体、反社会的団体、個人その他名目の如何を問わず暴力行為を行なう恐れのある個人（以下「暴力団という」）又は、その構成員の団体、店舗もしくは事務所、住居として宿泊施設内を一部たりとも使用したとき。
(14)The political association and the religious body that might doviolence, and an antisocial group and individuals.

（15）宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団の溜まり場にしたり、如何わしいお客等が出入りする事により他の宿泊客等に不快・不安・畏怖心等を抱かせる行為をしたとき。
(15)When a collection place of the crime syndicate and a doubtful guest are put in the room or other stay guest are made to have an unpleassantness and uneasy time.

（16）犯罪を犯し、もしくは犯罪を犯した者として告訴、告発を受けたり逮捕又は、告訴されたとき。
（福井県旅館業法施行条例第14条の規定にもとづく。）
(16)When the person who commited a crime indicts, is accused or it arrested.

第6条（宿泊客の契約解除権） / Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract

（第6条）１.宿泊客は、当ホテルに申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
２.当ホテルは、宿泊客がその責めに帰するべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合（第3条第2項の規定により当ホテルが申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払を求めた場合であって、その支払いより前に宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。）は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。
ただし、当ホテルが第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払義務について、当ホテルが宿泊客に告知したときに限ります。
３.当ホテルは、宿泊客が連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の23時になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客により解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。

(Article 6) 1.The Guest is entiled to cancel the Accommodation contract by so notifying the Hotel.
2.In the case when the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation contract in whole or in part due to causes for which the Guest is liable (except in the case when the Hotel has requested the payment of the deposit during the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and the Guest prescribed has cancelled before the payment), the Guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in the Attached table No.2. However, in the case a special contract as prescribed Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the Guest is informed of the obligation of the payment of the cancellation charges in case of cancellation by the Guest.
3. In the case the Guest dose not appear by am 12 of the accommodation date or the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled the Guest.

第7条（当ホテルの契約解除権） / Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts

（第7条）１.当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
(Article7) 1.The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases:

（1) 宿泊客が宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、または同行為をしたと認められるとき。
(1)When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted himself in a manner will contravene the laws or act against the public order of good morals in regard to his accommodation.

（2)他の宿泊客に著しく迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあるとき、および宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
(2)When the Guest is deemed liable for misconduct and/or has and conducted himself in a manner that will disturb the peace comfort of other guests of the hotel.

（3)暴力団、暴力団員であるとき。
(3)When the Guest one of syndicate group or belongs to an organized group of syndicate.

（4) 暴力団または暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団員であるとき。
(4)When the Guest belongs to one of syndicate group or a corrporation or a group that conducts syndicate activities.

（5) 法人で、その役員のうちに暴力団員に該当するものがあるとき。
(5)When the Guest belongs to a corporation that has one of syndicate group as their excutive.

(6)宿泊施設もしくは宿泊施設職員に対し、暴力的要求行為を行い、あるいは合理的範囲を超える負担を要求したとき。
(6)When the Guest conducts a violent action or threatens or requests to assume an unreasonable burden to the Hotel.

(7)宿泊客が伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(7)A lodging Guest has been determined to ha been ingected with a communicable disease.

(8)天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(8)When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other case of force measures.

(9)福井県旅館業施行条例第14条の規定する場合に該当するとき。
(9)When the provisions of Article 14 of Tokyo Metroporitan Ordinance are appliciable.

(10)寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、その他当ホテルが定める利用規則の禁止事項（火災予防上必要なものに限る）に従わないとき。
(10)When the Guest does not refrain from prohibited actions such as smoking in bed, mischief to the fire-fighting facilities and other prohibitions of the Use Regulations stipulated by the Hotel.

(11)宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊申込み後連絡の取れる状況でないとき。
(11)When the Guest seeking accommodation can't contact the Hotel.

(12)宿泊しようとする者が無断で第三者等を宿泊させたり､第三者等が宿泊に使用するとき。
(12)When the Guest seeking accommodation another person stay without permission.

(13)宿泊しようとする者が、危険物及び重量物を持ち込むとき。
(13)When the Guest seeking accommodation bring dangerous materials or heavy goods to the room.

(14)暴力団もしくは政治結社、宗教団体、反社会的団体、個人その他名目の如何を問わず暴力行為を行なう恐れのある団体、個人、（以下「暴力団という。」）又は、その構成員の店舗もしくは事務所、住居として、宿泊施設内を一部たりとも使用したとき。
(14)The political association and the religious body that might do violence, and an antisocial group and individuals.

(15)宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団の溜まり場にしたり、いかがわしいお客等が出入りする事により他の宿泊客等に不快・不安・畏怖心等を抱かせる行為をしたとき。
(15)When a collection place of the crime syndicate and a doubtful guest are put in the room or other stay guests are made to have an unpleasantness and uneasy time.

(16)犯罪を犯し、もしくは犯罪を犯した者として告訴、告発を受けたり、逮捕又は、告訴されたとき。
(16)When the person commited a crime indicts is accused.

２.当ホテルが前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、宿泊客がいまだ提供を受けていない宿泊サービス等の料金はいただきません。
2. In the case the hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in acc-ordance with the preceding Paraph, the Hotel shall not be entitled to charge the Guest for any of the services in the future of the contractual period which he has not received.

第8条（宿泊の登録） / Registration

（第8条）１.宿泊客は、宿泊日当日、当ホテルのフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
(Article 8).1.The Guest shall register the following particulars at the Front Desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation.

（１）宿泊客の氏名，年令、性別、住所及び職業
（２）外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日
　　※国籍、旅券番号等を証明するパスポート、もしくは外国人登録証などのコピーを頂きます。
（３）出発日及び出発予定時刻
（４）その他ホテルが必要と認める事項

(1)Name,Sex,Address and occupation of the Guest(s)
(2)(Except Japajese)Nationality, Passport number, port and date of entry in Japan.
(3)Date and estimated time of departure.
(4)Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.

２.宿泊客が第12条の料金の支払いを旅行小切手、宿泊券、電子マネー等、クレジットカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により行おうとするときは、あらかじめ、前項の登録時にそれらを提示していただきます。
2.In the case the Guest intends to pay his Accommodation Charges Prescribe in Article12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as traveller's check coupons or credit cards, these credentials shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in the preceding paragraph.

第9条（客室の使用時間） / Occupacy Hours of Guest Rooms

（第9条）１.宿泊客が当ホテルの客室を使用できる時間は、到着日の午後3時から翌日午前11時までとします。
(Article 9) 1. The Guest entitled to occupy the contracted guest room of the Hotel from 2:00pm to 11:00am the next morning.

ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。
However, in the case the guest is accommodated continuously, the Guest may occupy it all day long, except for the days arrival and departure.

２.当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず、同項に定める時間外の客室の使用に応じることがあります。この場合には次に掲げる追加料金を申し受けます。
2. The Hotel may, notwithstanding the provisions prescribed in the preceding Paragraph, permit the Guest to occupy the room beyond the time prescribed in the same Paragraph. In this case, extra charges shall be paid as follows:

早着料金
（１）午前11時前から ：室料の100％
（２）午前11時から ：室料の50％
（３）午後1時から ：室料の30％
Early Check In Charge
(1)before am 11:00 : 100％ of Room charge
(2)From am 11:00 : 50％ of Room charge
(3)From pm 1:00 : 30％ of Room charge

延長料金
（１）午後12時まで ：室料の30％
（２）午後2時まで ：室料の50％
（３）午後2時以降 ：室料の100％
Postpone Charge
(1)Untill pm 12:00 : 30％ of Room Charge
(2)Untill pm 2:00 : 50％ of Room Charge
(1)After pm 2:00 : 100％ of Room Charge

ただし、プランにより指定がある場合、起算時間はこの限りではありません。
(However, in the case the plan specifies otherwise, the starting time may differ.)

第10条（利用規則の遵守） / Observance of Use Regulations

（第10条）宿泊客は、当ホテル内においては、当ホテルが定めてホテル内に掲示した利用規則に従っていただきます。
(Article 10). 1.The Guest shall observe the use Regulations established by the Hotel, which are posted within the premises of the Hotel.

第11条（営業時間） / Business hours

（第11条）１.当ホテルの主な施設等の営業時間は次のとおりとし、その他の施設等の詳しい営業時間は備え付けパンフレット、各所の掲示、客室内のサービスのご案内等でご案内いたします。
(Article 11). 1. The business hours of the main facilities, etc of the Hotel are as follows, and those of other facilities, etc. shall be noticed in detail by brochures as provided, notices displayed in each place, service in guest rooms and other.

（１）フロント・キャッシャー等サービス時間
　・門限なし
　・フロントサービス 23時迄
(1)service hours of Front Desk/Cashier's Desk
・Curfew:nothing　　・service hours of Front Des:untill pm:12:00

（２）付帯サービス施設時間
　・自動販売機コーナー　24時間
　・コインランドリー　24時間
(2) Business hours of incidental Service Facilities
・2F～3F:Vending Machine corner 24-houropen
・3F:Coin Laundry Machine corner 24-houropen

２.前項の時間は、必要やむを得ない場合には臨時に変更することがあります。その場合には、適当な方法をもってお知らせします。
2.The business hours specified in the preceding Paragraph are subject to temporary charges due to unavoidable cause of the Hotel. In such a case, the Guest shall be informed by appropriate means.

第12条（料金の支払い） / Payment of Accommodation Charges

（第12条）１.宿泊客が支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳及びその算定方法は、別表第１に掲げるところによります。
(Article 12). 1.The breakdown and method of calculation of the Accommodation Charge, etc that the Guest shall pay is as listed in the Attached Table No.1.

２.前項の宿泊料金の支払いは、通貨又は当ホテルが認めた旅行小切手、宿泊券、クレジットカード等これに代わり得る方法により、宿泊客の到着の際又は当ホテルが請求した時、フロントにおいて行っていただきます。
2.Accommodation Charges,etc as stated in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid with Japanese currency or be any means other than Japanese currency such as traveller's check or credit cards recognized by the Hotel at the Front Desk at the time on the arrival of the Guest or upon request by the Hotel.

３.当ホテルが宿泊客に客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。
3. Accommodation Charges shall be paid, even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facilities provided for him by Hotel and are at his disposal.

第13条（当ホテルの責任） / Liabilities of the Hotel

（第13条）１.当ホテルは、宿泊規約及びこれに関連する契約の履行にあたり又はそれらの不履行により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当ホテルの責めに帰するべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。
(Article 13).1.The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the Hotel has caused such damage to Guest in the fulfillment or the nonfulfillment of the　Accommodation Contract or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in the case when such damage has beencaused due to re-ason for which the　Hotel is not liable.

２.当ホテルは、消防機関から特例対象施設として認定されておりますが、万一の火災等に対処するため、賠償責任保険に加入しております。
2.The Hotel is insured by Hotel Liability Insurance covering matters arising in ca-se of fire or other emergencies.

第14条（契約した客室が提供できないときの扱い） / Handling when unable to provide Contracted Rooms

（第14条）１.当ホテルは、宿泊客に契約した客室を提供できないときは、宿泊客の了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設を斡旋するものとします。
(Article 14) 1. The Hotel shall, when the Hotel can not provide　contracted rooms,arrange accommodation of the same standard　elsewherefor the Guest in so far as it is pra-cticable with　the consent of the Guest.

２.当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設の斡旋ができないときは、ご予約された室料相当額を補償金として宿泊客にお支払いします。ただし、客室が提供できないことについて、天変地異・災害等当ホテルの責めに帰するべき事由のないときには、補償金を支払いません。
2.When it can not introduce other accommodation, this hotel pays thesame amount of money as the reserved hotel charge. However,it is notpossible to pay when there is no responsi-bility of the hotel like the disaster,etc.

第15条（寄託物の取扱い） / Handing of Deposited Articles

（第15条）１.当ホテルは宿泊客の所持品の減失又は毀損等が当ホテルの故意又は重過失による場合のみ責任を負うものとします。当ホテルが損害を賠償する場合、旅館総合賠償保険の範囲内で補償します。
(Article 15) 1. It pays a claim when disappering or damaging it because of the guest's mistaken.However,we will pay within the range of the inn integration compensation insurance.

２.金銭、譲渡可能証券、宝石、重要書類等の貴重品はお預かりいたしません。したがいまして、ご滞在中の貴重品の管理につきましては、お客様ご自身の責任の範疇にてお願い致します。
2.Valuables such as money,transfer, The hotel does't take consequences.

第16条（宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管） / Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest

（第16条）１.宿泊客の手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当ホテルに到着した場合は、その到着前に当ホテルが了解したときに限って責任を持って保管し、宿泊客がフロントにおいてチェックインする際にお渡しします。
(Article 16) 1.When the Baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel before his arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to keep it only in the case such a request has been accepted by the Hotel. The baggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the Front Desk at the time of his check-in.

２.宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品が当ホテルに置き忘れられていた場合において、その所有者が判明したときは当ホテルは、当該所有者に連絡するとともにその指示を求めるものとします。ただし、所有者の指示がない場合又は所有者が判明しないときは、発見日を含め7日間保管し、その後最寄の警察署に届けます。
2.When the baggage or belongings of the Guest is found left after his check-out, and the ownership of the article is confirmed, the Hotel shall inform the owner of the article left and ask for furtherinstructions. When no instructions is given to the Hotel by owner or when the ownership is not confirmed, the Hotel shall keep the article for 7days including the day it is found, and after this period, the Hotel shall turn it over to the nearest police station.

３.前２項の場合における宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管についての当ホテルの責任は、第1項の場合にあっては前条1項の規定に、前項の場合にあっては同条第2項の規定に準ずるものとします。
3.The Hotel's liability in regard to the custody of the Guests baggage and belongings in the case of the preceding two paragraphs shall be assumed in accordance with theprovisions of Paragraph2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2

第17条（宿泊者の責任） / Liability of the Guest

（第17条）宿泊客の故意又は過失により当ホテルが損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当ホテルに対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。
(Article 17) 1. The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest.

キャンセル料・違約金（第6条第2項関係）
Cancellation Charges for Hotels (Ret. Paragraph 2 of Article 2 and of Article 6)

（注）
１．％は、基本宿泊料に対する違約金の比率です。
２．契約日が短縮した場合は、その短縮日にかかわりなく、1日分（初日）の違約金を収受します。
３. 団体客(10名以上）の一部について契約の解除があった場合、宿泊の10日前（その日より後にはお申し込みをお引き受けした場合にはそのお引き受けした日）における宿泊人数10％（端数が出た場合には切り上げる）にあたる人数については、違約金はいただきません。 Remarks:
1.The percentages signify the rate of cancellation charge to the Basic Accommodation Charge.
2.When the number of days contracted is shortened, cancellation charge for it is first day shall be paid by the Guest regardless of the number of days shortened.
3.When part of a group booking(for 10 persons or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charges shall not be charged for the number of persons equivalent to 10％ of the number of persons booked as of 10days prior to the occupancy(when accepted less than 10 days prior to the occupancy,as of the date)with fractions counted as a whole number.
